About the President Stephen Lancaster has over 25 years of experience in the implementation and oversight of radiation protection programs in nuclear facilities. He has provided both technical and managerial support to many of the nation’s commercial power reactors and DOE sites. His work experience ranges from technician to Site Manager overseeing up to 250 employees. He has authored technical and administrative procedures, held positions of ALARA Specialist, radiological assessor, radiological engineer, radiological design engineer and radiological test engineer. Steve Lancaster oversees an experienced staff at LSI.
